A message from the groom:
Since there are a great many of you whom I will be meeting for the first time on August 9th, I thought I would start by telling you a little about myself. So here is the 100 mph version of my life.
I was born in Pierre, SD on February 22, 1979 to Jerome and Janet Lounsberry. My sister, Nicole, was three at the time, and very excited to see her new baby brother--just ask my grandmother! We moved shortly thereafter back to Washington, where both my mother and father were born.
After a brief stay in Seattle and Yakima, we moved to what
would turn out to be the place I would spend most of my adolescence, Mount
Vernon. Here I attended elementary and high
school, and then moved on to the University of Washington. After two years, I
transferred to Western Washington University to pursue a degree in computer
science.
It was during this time that I met my wife-to-be, Christie Lindgren. After meeting at my friend's house in Seattle, our relationship soon blossomed into an amazing partnership, which I believe will last forever.
After graduation our lives became a bit more complicated as I got at job with Microsoft in Fargo, ND. I am currently living there, waiting for August with fairly little patience. The next few years will be a truly unique and rewarding experience for us.
I look forward to meeting those of you I have not yet met, and seeing those I do. Thank you for coming and supporting us at the dawn of our new marriage.
